FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 999 across India.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders below Rs. 999: Flat shipping charge of Rs. 79 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (most major cities)

Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by public holidays, courier partner delays, or weather conditions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post depending on your location. 

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes. If COD is not available at your location, you will be notified at checkout. A COD handling fee of Rs. 50 may apply.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
