Return & Refund Policy – Amaya Fashion

We want you to love every Amaya purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here is everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

 

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition as received

- In its original packaging (pouch or box)

- With all tags attached (if applicable)

  

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

- Products without original packaging

- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"

2. Include your reason for return and photos of the product

3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or credit/debit card)

- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (please share your bank details when raising the return)

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer free exchanges for size or colour variations where available. Shipping for exchanges is covered by Amaya Fashion.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
